Per ora ho trascritto i primi 2 minuti, ma ci sono cmq della lacune e alcune parti le ho probabilmente parafrasate. Il senso generale credo si capisca abbastanza bene. Ditemi se vi serve una traduzione. JD: I’ll speak to that. Q: The first question was already answered in the first conference, so… It was about, if you was looking for a publisher for the published books of Lone Wolf. JD: Oh, am I looking for a publisher? Q: Yes. JD: It looks very good in the published books so… not really. I’m very hopeful that they’ll continue. The reprints of the novels and the game with the d20 have had far more support than I expected, so thanks very much… I guarantee they’ll be reprinted. Q: And, we would like to know, when you have written the Magnamund setting for Dungeons and Dragons, you thought about joining TSR and… JD: Games Workshop. Q: Yes… No, TSR, they were producing Dungeons and Dragons at the time. You thought about selling the rights to make a Magnamund Campaign Setting for Dungeons and Dragons, or not? JD: No, that’s a separate game, I ?? to Rune Quest. Rune Quest was sort of a rival to Dungeons and Dragons in the early eighties. What I wanted to do was an English Dungeons and Dragons. So, I was seriously thinking of bringing that into 3 booksets and a bonus, but then funny fantasy (?) didn’t take off so well ??? far better ? funny fantasy ???. No one had ever done this before, actually carrying the character from one book to the next, and ??? good to do this. So, that’s how it happened. Per ora temo di non poter fare meglio. |
